Meet the Staff
Jenny
Jenny has been helping to create beautiful smiles since 1997 as a clinical assistant, scheduling coordinator, and now as a treatment coordinator. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is that "he's a lot of fun and a GREAT orthodontist."
Judy
Judy is a Treatment Coordinator. She has been in the field of orthodontics for more than 20 years. She has worked with Dr. Pobanz since 1999; her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is "helping the process of creating beautiful smiles and happy patients." Judy enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with her family. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is that "he makes everyday fun and exciting for all the staff and patients as well as keeping just the right level of professionalism."
Andrea
Andrea is our financial coordinator and office manager, and she has been in the field of orthodontics since 1993. She joined our team in 2006. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is "watching crooked teeth turn into beautiful smiles!" Andrea enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with her family. Her favorite part of working for Dr. Pobanz is that "he makes our office fun for the patients and for our team."
Jody
Jody G is our Lab Technician and has been in the field of orthodontics since 1992. She has been in our practice since 2004. Jody enjoys spending time with her family and especially her grand baby Aiden! Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is that "his enthusiasm is contagious, he loves his job and it shows. I love that he is always trying new things and always trying to improve."
Lisa
Lisa is our clinical coordinator and has worked in the field of orthodontics since 2005. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is "seeing all the wonderful transformations that happen!" Lisa enjoys reading, skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband and son. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "the fun work environment."
Deb
Deb is a clinical assistant and has been with our team since 2009. She began as a records technician and has evolved into a competent assistant. She enjoys indoor soccer, drawing, and making us laugh with her great sense of humor! Her favorite part about orthodontics is "creating the great smiles and improving the patient's self-confidence." Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "being able to joke around with him."
Jenna
Jenna is our records technician and has been with us since July 2010. She is currently attending Weber State University and planning to apply to the Dental Hygiene Program. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is "meeting all of our new patients and making them feel welcome in our office." Jenna loves singing and acting, and she is preparing for a half marathon. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "watching him celebrate with our patients when the braces come off."
Melanie
Melanie is our Business Assistant. She has been in the orthodontic field since 2006. She joined our team in 2008. Her favorite part of orthodontics is "working with the kids." Melanie enjoys riding her beach cruiser, painting, drawing and shopping. She is currently attending Weber State University. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is that "there is never a dull moment."
Chaning
Chaning is our scheduling coordinator. She has worked as an assistant for Dr. Pobanz since 2008 and has been our scheduling coordinator since 2011. She enjoys spending time with her son, playing outdoors, spending time with her amazing friends and family, and being a cosmetologist in her spare time. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "the passion he has for his job as well as how much he cares for his employees."
Katie
Katie is a clinical assistant. She has been in the dental field since 2004 and with Dr. Pobanz since 2009. Katie recently married her best friend and inherited two dogs. She enjoys camping, hiking, snowmobiling and biking. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is "the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile." Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "his enthusiasm and persistence with learning and understanding new technology".
Shye
Shye is a clinical assistant and has worked in the dental field since 2007. Shye enjoys vacationing in the Virgin Islands, going to the movies, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Pobanz is "his positive energy and attitude, also his innovative take on new and upcoming technology."
